A happy weekend.

Oh, yesterday was yanxin's birthday...and it was boi's grandma's birthday too...

just let me jot down what I did yesterday....
I went to NTU to meet up with Prof Chen to listen to his briefing on the FYP projects....
went there with Jiehui and Hwee Yun...
Prof Chen treated us drinks to make ourselves feel comfortable...not bad rite?
the projects are quite interesting..haha..his projects are mainly to enhance on the current materials used to prevent pollution, synthesize a new source to replace fossil fuel, and semiconductor devices...and I've already given him my name for one of the projects. SO, does that means that I finally settled my FYP??

I wanted Joachim, my mentor, too...coz his projects are really interesting, and he don't need any students with bio background...but he got far too many students on his waiting list le...*pout* His projects are mainly on the biodegradable drug-eluting coronary heart stents, effects of micron-sized debris from hip-replacement implants on bone resorption, etc...mainly on biomaterials....very interesting rite...

well, well....

after the briefing, I travelled to Bugis to meet up with boi...he is supposed to fetch me from NTU, but he was caught in a traffic jam...no choice lor..

We got a 3D card for Yanxin's birthday...really interesting...it's a washing machine...haha..

Alright, she got a new handphone for her birthday...FREE one...coz yesterday was M1's dunno how many years birthday, and they were giving out 10,000 free 3G phones for new subscribers...so, to cheer her up and make her study well, my mum decided to get her one...haha...

alright, hope she will study hard...

After boi and I bought the card, we went back to his home...
It's their family tradition to have the family memberst to eat eggs during birthdays..
I ate one...hehe...
after boi's cousins came, we sang a birthday song to his grandma and took some photos..hehe...not in my camera though.. she is 84 this year...

then, we travelled to a restaurant near YCK mrt station for dinner...food quite ok lar, place is rather old, and price quite ok..haha..
nothing much after that...


boi is coming later..hehe...
better go bathe now..dun wanna make him wait too long...we are supposed to watch Mr. Bean today, coz boi wanted...hope it's nice...it's been so long since i watch a movie..though i have no craving for movies, hmmm.....nvm lar...

ok, end here..more online lectures coming up..sigh...

Way behind time

I've submitted my MS3002 assignment...finally!!!!
still have lotsa online lectures to read, slides to make for presentation, speech to prepare...
WTH..i really need much much more time than i thought.
Shall start with my slides first...

meeting boi for dinner later...
we decide to get a cake for my mum, since it's her birthday today...dun think she wanted a big celebration...quite poor thing that i'm the only one who remembered and wished her this morning...my dad can't even recall k and talked to her about his work stuff during breakfast. my mum must be very sad.
well, i'll make her happy today ba...hehe....do all the household chores for her...good idea! :)

alright, shall go for my lunch before i start with my slides...
sick of being so way behind time...arggghhh..

sorry, due to some problem with my comp, i wun be able to update all my stuff at this moment..

there are lotsa things to say...haha...Christmas, Gatherings, Anniversary....etc.

a difficult year, i would say, for both of us...but we will overcome it.... ;)

haha...just celebrated her 18th birthday..
boi and i bought her a shawl and a very interesting pen that looks like a toothpaste..
i'm glad that she likes them..
very full now, coz we ate a lot of stuff..*take a deep breath in*

yup, went to rol's celebration last saturday...
the place was quite difficult to find, but thank to the big advert, i'm able to guess my way.. :)
the food was nice...
the ambience was great too...
oh, rol's wore the dress, i also have one similar...design the same, only different colour and prints..lolz...but i have it with jeans lar..
where was i?
the toilet there got jacuzzi k..
wen, CK and i were quite sua ku, so we took pics of it, with us and without us...haha..

he said what will i do if he dies...
i told him that i will feel so sad that i'll die with him...
you guys may say that i'm naive, but i really can't live without him...
unless, i have other responsibilities....
even if i dun die, my life will be as well as dead..
maybe i'll live in misery...
maybe i can never face reality again...
maybe...
i dunno..i dun wanna think about it..

a few months ago, i asked him the same question...
he said he will feel very sad, but he will live on... (more realistic)

but it's how i really feel..

Chester's 21st birthday...

went to chester's (boi's friend) 21st birthday yesterday....
though i dun really talk to anyone there, i'm glad that boi is happy to meet up with them, to update himself on his ex-classmates...so it means that my suggestion is not bad afterall... =)

boi is very stressed these few days...
so do my parents....
my sisters....
everyone is...
they have their work to do, to trouble...and me, i can't help much, and instead, add more problems to them...
i feel quite bad...

boi, if you need a shoulder to lean on, you have mine....
just let me know k...i'll always be there...

went NTU early in the morning to pay my school fee & sign the comp loan for kian.
Then, had breakfast at Canteen B..terrible..haha..
after that, boi & i went Orchard for a walk where we ended up at Coffee Club for our lunch -- Chocolate fondue with calamari rings...


then, we went over to boi's house to rot before we headed to Pasir Ris Park for dinner...hehe..
had dinner by the beach..the food were nice (those with star ones)...and the ambience is fantastic..really..i love it very much...thanx dear...


went home quite early to prepare for the big day...was very tired...

woke up early in the morning to continue helping my mum with the food..lack of sleep...hehe..
boi reached at about 9am to cook his fried rice & potato salad..hehe..*touched*
the rest of the day, nothing much, eat & eat & eat..hehe..
received blessings thru' sms from Xianwei, Boi, Carol, Grace, yu, wen & Charmaine (accordingly)..

very very tired...but i still need to work..sigh~
maria wished me Happy Birthday, when it was actually yesterday..hahaha..but her effort is appreciated.. :)
met Grace @ parkway in the evening..she was LATE!
haha..had a chat with her before she sent me home..
when i stepped into my house, no one was there...all went out to eat...*sob sob*
chatted with boi & watched tv, at the same time...
made boi sad again..sometimes i just believe that some things have to be remained unspoken, so as not to hurt their feelings...sorry.. i'm still feeling bad now..


well, my bdae ended with laughters, as well as, exhaustion..hehe..but i really need to thank the following people to help me make all these possible:

1) Boi...thank him for helping me organise my bdae celebrations..i'm really very touched and heartache when i see him tired out, and yet, trying to make everything turn out well.. *holding back my tears*

2) my family members..thank them for helping out in the cooking on 13/8...esp. my mum. they were all tired after the big day too..*huggies*

3) boi's parents...the sum they had contributed..i'm very touched, and also very paiseh..coz i dun deserve to receive such huge amount...but can tell how much they like me...i'm very happy..
4) my dear friends....you people...without you guys, it wun make the celebration complete..thanx for the prez..i like them very much..Abercrombie jacket frm cy & hy, Shirt, skirt & necklace frm rol, wen, yu & shiying, Sembawang voucher frm Xianwei, OTO Trimax TX-908 & Spinex frm boi & his family, and the really nice aroma lamp frm Grace..and of course, the cards that i received. they are the best gifts ever..thankew so much!

alrite, turned 21..i need to plan more on my future..i need to be more matured..haha..yup..i'll try to become a better person, on the whole...i promise not to give boi anymore problems..i must learn to give in..yup..a lot of stuff for me to learn..hope i'm able to cope..hehe..no worries, i noe i can..

too much to say

Firstly, i wanna thank hy & cy for the wonderful dinner yesterday nite..i love the present!!!! must be ex rite..hmm...but i think the unwrapping part is kinda irritating and filled with lotsa patience, hardwork and bla bla bla...well, thanx anyway...i esp. like the card..so simple yet so nice..hmm..got tian1 fen4...haha..i'll wear the jacket frequently, dun worry..

the below is my favourite....is i-forget-the-name ice kacang..hehe..mango flavour..and boi was quite sick of it as we ate many things before this...


next, yanxin received these gifts from her Xi'an friend, who has gone back last sunday..well, they are namely the paper-cutting artpiece, a pouch, and a du4 dou1...yup..i oso dunno why she wanna give her du4 dou1..but, it's quite unique..haha..


saw this creature while waiting for boi on friday...she tried to scare people by hugging them suddenly when they walk pass..many giggling and screams were heard..thank god, she never come after me...haha..


saw this baby race at Compasspoint..very funny, can see many parents trying thousands of ways just to make their children crawl...haha...enjoyed the fun watching these cute little babies.



The 3 movies that i've watched for the past two weeks..i love "Click" most..should go watch when you free..
